We offer Pre-Purchase Building Inspections, Building Consultation, Timber Pest Inspections as well as Asbestos Assessment and Advice. Our experienced and knowledgable inspectors can give a deep insight into the property’s condition including any necessary repairs or maintenance that should be undertaken. Understanding building pathology, particularly heritage or traditional homes is our expertise which routinely saves our clients thousands of dollars.
